Follow any fasting or preparation instructions from your healthcare provider or laboratory.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellation
Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a fee.
Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.
Repeated late cancellations may limit future bookings.
Rescheduling
Reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment without penalty.
Reschedules within 24 hours are subject to availability and may incur a fee.
To reschedule, tell us your preferred date and time; we’ll confirm a new slot.
Same-day or Emergency Changes
Same-day changes are decided case-by-case. Contact us as soon as possible.
If we cancel for staffing or safety, we’ll notify you and offer the next available appointment or a full refund if applicable.
